Please be cautious and aware! I’ve been to this salon twice — the first time was a really pleasant experience. The staff were kind, the environment was relaxing, and my nails turned out beautiful. That first visit made me want to come back because everything felt clean, calm, and professional. Unfortunately, my most recent visit (less than two weeks ago) was a very different experience. I got a new set of Gel-X nails, and within a few days, I started feeling pain in one of my fingers. The pain got worse, and several days later I ended up in the emergency room in the middle of the night. My entire nail — from the base of the nail bed behind the cuticle — had completely come off due to an infection. I am extremely disappointed with how my appointment was handled. I scheduled a 12:45 PM appointment specifically with one technician because I wanted her to do my nails. I arrived about five minutes late and was told I would need to wait 15 minutes, which I completely understood and agreed to. Soon after, a different technician came to take me. I politely explained that I had booked with someone specific and preferred to wait for her. After that, no one came back to update me, apologize, or explain the delay. I was left sitting there for 35+ minutes with no communication whatsoever. This is the place where I've had my nails done the prettiest and they've lasted the longest! They did exactly what I wanted without the bad attitude I've had at other places.

I love my nails done by Thy! It looks exactly like that inspo pic I showed her. She is very soft-handed and knows her techniques. The salon is also very elegant and beautiful, large space and comfortable. I will definitely be back! 🤩 I highly recommend coming to this salon
