Would highly highly recommend Mary for your next massage. I received a custom massage as it was my first time. She was amazing. Very attentive to your areas of concern and very Knowledgeable .. she is exceptional. Was experiencing high blood pressure before the massage, came home took my blood pressure and it was too my surprise normal. Will definitely book another appointment.

In Touch Wellness has been the greatest find for pain management I’ve had in years! Mary is incredibly knowledgeable in all things muscular, fascia, tendons and lymph. When you have a complicated medical history and crippling chronic pain you need someone who will listen and can find all the problems and address each one differently, as needed. Which is the case with every inch of my body, from working out knots, to releasing facia, to increasing blood flow with cupping. I’ve been going 2x/month for the last few months, movement has improved and each visit there are less adhesions that need addressing! Literally years since I’ve had improvement… not pain docs, not meds, not chiropractors or acupuncture. People tell me to “enjoy my massage, it must be nice…” I’ve never been for a spa/relax

I’m so thankful to have found someone who can give an amazing deep tissue massage! I appreciate she pays more attention to the problem areas that you mention but still manages to do the whole body in the time we have. She really listens to where you’d like help the most and I’m seeing so much improvement in my discomfort.

I have been her patient since 2022. She is superb. I am a multi problem patient and was an in patient in 6 hospitals and rehab centers in Boston for 8 of 9 months in 2021. 2,brain surgeries, 1 heart surgery, 1 broken left hip.
