We’ve been going to Thomas for stretch and massage for a while now - both in their Dover and Greenland locations. His expertise and skill is unlike anyone we’ve seen and he’s the only person who can get either of us out of pain. Super grateful to have found the team at Massage modalities!

What You Want To Know: Upon my first visit I found they have super easy parking which is rare in Dover it's literally right in front of their building and you don't have to pay or anything and the spots are reserved for the buisness. Upon entering the business the first time I was greeted by a warm and welcoming environment the lights are dimmed, calm music is playing and people respect the quiet rule as others could be having massages. Amazing experience. I got a massage from Jordyn who is currently a massage student but soon to finish up and will remain here. Highly suggest her, she knew exactly what I needed without much direction at all. Did a 90 minute fantastic massage. I work with dogs so I am constantly on my feet and very physical.
