Body Mechanix Massage

I honestly didn’t realize how much my body needed this kind of work until I experienced it. Amanda Peterson has an incredible ability to find and work on areas I didn’t even know were holding tension. The session felt intuitive, intentional and incredibly effective. I walked out feeling lighter, more balanced and genuinely amazed at how much better my body felt. It’s hard to believe I went so long without realizing there are professionals like Amanda who can make such a meaningful difference. I’m really looking forward to returning and exploring more of their incredible team.

Just got a massage a few minutes ago. I have eds (a rare soft tissue disorder) so I have a lot of muscle pain and massage is my best treatment. Amanda P not only knew about eds but also knew how to work with my body so I didn't get hurt. She was amazing and patient and knew right where to rub without me having to give any direction as to what hurt. My body feels so much lighter now. Also, everyone over there is super nice! 10/10 would recommend.

Had a great massage from Sunny today. She was a great reflective listener when it came to reviewing my massage goals/needs. I felt like she accomplished everything we discussed in our allotted time. Great firm pressure that got me SO relaxed. I will definitely book with her again.

I go monthly or so for massages in NJ. This was my first time up in NH at this place. I can honestly say Jeff is a great massouse . He knows the body well and his timing in covering each body part is great. He was able to massage my entire body without me feeling he did not cover all my aches and affected areas. The pressure was great and I did not feel exhausted after the massage as I do with some other massouses. When communicating with him about his knowledge and training, it was evident that he has a vast knowledge base and is a life-long learner who takes advantage of professional development.
