Impulse Cuts

Don’t go to impulse cuts in Cleveland Tennessee I had a appointment set for 9:30AM aug 7 and so I got there at 9:30AM no one was there so I decided to wait another 30 min for someone to show up and no one showed up then today August 8 I call to see why that was and the women’s response was we open at 10AM so I was like ok then why did I get told to be up there at 9:30AM the women then says well I know we didn’t say that because we open at 10AM I didn’t wanna argue so I answered with ok but still I sat up there for 30 min after I got there so I stayed there until 10AM and no one ever showed up her response to that was well I know that didn’t happen because I got there before 10AM I could tell the conversation was going no where so I just ended the call so tell me how does a business continu
