Absolutely awful and unsafe experience. This place should not be allowed to operate. I booked a signature massage. I weigh 120 lbs, and the woman who walked on my back was easily 180 lbs. There is no world in which that is acceptable, reasonable, or safe. Instead of relaxation, I left in pain and shock that someone thought this was okay. Not to mention, they did NOT disclose beforehand that someone would be walking on my back. There was no warning, no consent, and no explanation. That alone is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. They showed zero concern for my well-being, refused to honor my Groupon, and then hid behind excuses while refusing to provide a supervisor or manager to address the situation. Had a great massage here and had no issues with using my Groupon voucher. Ended up buying another package directly from them! I recommend this place.

My boyfriend and I had the couples massage on Valentines Day weekends. It was very relaxing and much needed. Our masseuses did a great job. Would recommend!

Today I had an Illa Signature massage, and Victoria was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel very relaxed and really focused on the areas I asked for. I’m feeling so much better afterward. Highly recommend!

Took my girl friend there for her birthday as a surprise! Bought a groupon for a signature Massage 💆🏾‍♀️ and it was Great. She put me and my friend to sleep 💤 excellent customer service. Mission accomplished
