Krysten at Aspen Grove Bodywork is excellent. I was having specific issues with my TFL, hip flexor, and mid-back, and she was able to release all of them effectively. She has also done rib work on me previously that significantly improved my breathing. She isn't just rubbing muscles, she knows exactly how to correct posture and fix the root of the problem. My energy and quality of life have improved since seeing her. Highly recommended for anyone in Cache Valley looking for a knowledgeable therapist.

Kristyn is amazing, a true professional and healer who knows her craft. I went to her for specific help with some knots in my back and neck that I have had for years. The relief I felt and still feel, days after, is profound. I cannot wait to return for more work. I liked going to her not only because of how well she does with massage but I appreciated how clean and thoughtful her space was. She communicates well but doesn’t overpower the quiet time that I prefer when having a massage. Her choice of music was also nice. I’ve noticed that here in the valley, some of the spa type music is odd and off putting, such as instrumental Disney music, which to me is far from relaxing. Kristyn chose much better music. I felt comfortable with her and plan to see her many more times.

I have been seeing Krystin for problems with my neck. Several months before surgery and now after surgery. Her understanding of physiology and her patience in explaining it in regards to my neck and supporting systems is really great, but I am constantly amazed by her ability to tell ME what I am feeling as she manipulates the various muscles around my neck. Probably the first time in my life (I'm 62) that I felt total trust in a therapist's ability to actually help me physically improve.

Kristyn is a commensurate professional. She listens to my needs and does her best to address them. Communication for scheduling/rescheduling is super flexible and easy. Schedule with her early, as she’s busy!
