Iced Out Nails

The nail tech Westbrook’s was Soo unprofessional. I booked and PAID $160. My appointment was set. The day of my appointment it was rescheduled without any communication. I accepted the appointment which was the same TIME 11:00am the following day. Westbrook’s texts me and says she came to my house and knocked on my door at 10:00am but she refunded me at 9:57am.. and told me that my appointment was at 10am.... I have screenshots that shows otherwise. To make matters worse, she calls me after I tried contacting her multiple times being extremely rude, non apologetic & disrespectful! Do not book with this person/business!
