Ibuki Bodywork

I’m tempted to not leave a review here only because i do not want people to know that Ibuki exists and I will have to share him with others. I saw him for the first time today when I found him via Google search. His spa is only 10 min walk from my apartment building on 7th St so that’s a plus. I left happy & very relaxed. His massage technique is one of the best I got. I get body massage regularly so trust me when I say he is very good! The place is clean and has a Japanese theme which makes the experience very relaxing. I told him that from now on I will be going to see him regularly for massage.

Suichi is hands down the best massage therapist in town. His technical skills are exceptional, you can really feel the depth of his expertise and the precision in his technique. He also has an amazing intuition, always knowing exactly what’s needed in each session. I’ve been seeing him for over two years now, and I always leave feeling rebalanced and renewed. The space is spotless and welcoming, and Suichi is always so respectful and kind. Honestly, I can’t recommend him enough!

One of the best massages of my life. At one point on the table I thought to myself, "should I move to D.C. just so I can have a massage from this incredible man?" Suichi has a gift and my body (and soul) are better because of that gift. Truly incredible. Someone else mentioned in a review how much he seems to know of the human body. That's exactly how I felt - as if he became one with my muscles. Seriously. His approach is unique and incredibly effective. I felt very safe in his capable hands and can't wait to visit again...or move to D.C.!

Suichi gave an amazing massage- super intuitive and applied just the right amount of pressure the whole time. He clearly knows what he’s doing. His space is clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax. Definitely recommend!
