I really love getting massages from Helena, who I've been seeing for two years. For a bit of background, I've seen many massage therapists of varying technique and quality over the past decade, after a car accident that left me with back injury. Helena has a very light touch in comparison to many massage therapists, yet she's so intuitive and in touch with bodywork that it's like she's touching each individual muscle through my skin.
