Dr. Howell's dental office is great! The front staff were all very nice. My hygienist, Michaela, was sooooo thorough and kind and answered all my questions. Dr. Ralph Howell was very knowlegable and honest about my teeth. He didn't try to talk me into getting Invisalign that he does at his office, but told me the truth that what I wanted done would have to be done by an orthodontist, and he gave me a couple referrals. The first dentist that I tried when I moved to Suffolk, was dishonest. They tried to to tell me that I had #8 pockets, and that I needed scaling and planing. After being examined my Michaela and Dr. Howell, I discovered that my gums were fine! The first dental office was just trying to take me for $1,000!!!! Used to be good now it's went to crap the people working are so rude now rush appointments and take they're sweet time scheduling a new appointment and if you need something done for insurance to approve, they don't even send all the information about what's wrong for the insurance to approve it and they don't care when they don't approve it

The procedure was mostly painless—let’s be honest, the only pain was realizing I couldn’t snack on anything crunchy for a bit!
