I have been going to Amy for over four years now and will never need or want another stylist. As an African-American, queer person, my hair has been important as part of my self expression and my power. From the moment I did a consultation with Amy years ago, I felt comfortable and knew that I was with someone who understood the beauty that hair can help someone feel. She understood what it meant for me to entrust the care (and coloring) of my hair to her.
