I just called to ask if I could make an appointment, and simply for asking whether someone spoke Spanish, the person hung up on me. That is not professional. This is not professional at all. You called me back, answered in a rude manner, and asked if I speak English. I told you that I do, and you became upset and hung up again. That is not professional behavior. If you were calling me, it should have been to communicate and possibly resolve the issue. I might even have considered updating my review, but it seems there was a misunderstanding. For me, it might simply be more comfortable to speak in Spanish, even though I do speak English. That was never asked from the beginning. The way you spoke and handled the situation does not reflect professional customer service.
