So happy with my purchase yesterday. I came in yesterday, clueless. The sweet ladies who were shopping themselves took time out of their day to help me match my hair. No one was rude to me. No one treated me any differently. The manager/owner who was working the register was very helpful as well. Overall I will be back!! You now have a forever customer.

Can't say anything bad about this beauty supply store. Honestly it reminds me of the ones back home (Miami) we were helped a few times and we were also able to find what we needed. We will always come back. 🙂

Great hair selection and prices!!

I used to go here all the time and buy all kinds of stuff plus wigs. An older guy working there caught me at the door and asked to help me. I asked if someone could help me with a wig. He said no. We only sell black hair and walked away. I felt like he had a problem with me. I left and wont be back. There’s plenty other wig shops that will help me.

If I could give zero stars I would. I asked the owner for a human hair lace front wig, asked him several times was it 100% human hair he ensured it was. Dropped the wig off to my stylist to get colored before installed only to be told the hair was mixed with human and synthetic. Went back to the store to ask for an EXCHANGE NOT A REFUND owner told me no after I explained it wasn’t fully human hair so I won’t be returning to this store and will continue to order from Amazon because this store owner was wrong and conniving
