Hollywood Nails Spa

I came here last minute for a pedicure & take off of my gel polish on my nails. The woman tried to rip my nails off with her nails after I repeatedly told her they were my real nails. Regardless of this, that is unacceptable and a sign that they use illegal products that do not come off without soaking. She then used the drill and filed them down to the point that my nails are painful and sensitive to any touch. I ended up getting regular polish on them because of how awful they looked plain and it came out lumpy. On top of that they use dirty, used files and cuticle tools. They put the used tools in the original packaging to act like it’s new. It’s disgusting if you look at it. I would not recommend here, it lacks cleanliness.

Absolute nightmare! I went to get a dip manicure.. the lady takes the polish I had on off, messed up one of my nails with the buffer thing and files my nails (unevenly) so I told her I changed my mind and would only like to do a basic manicure with NO polish.. when shes finished with that she proceeds to tell me it’s $40.. I’m like for a basic manicure with no polish?! Then she says $35. Website clearly says basic manicure with polish is $25. So I go back and she says that they charged me to take my polish off. . I’m just confused, how do you charge someone to take polish off when you have to do that in order to even do the manicure.. nvm the color (that I didn’t even get).. Seems like a ripoff to me..Super frustrating! I will not be back. 0 STARS.

yesterday, I got my nails done. I come home the next day takeoff my sock and my nail pops off, I’m not going to discuss the fact that I got chopped on my finger by a nail filer. And their services are way too priced. $55 for them to pop off the next day. Absolutely ridiculous, I will never show my face there again. I had to glue my nail back with regular nail glue.I was not fond at all. The only reason the nails are held down at the moment is because of that nail glue, I am very, very upset.

Worst manicure I’ve ever gotten and I still spent $60 bucks. They started shutting the lights off on me at 6:30 when the close at 7. The nerve to charge me for this. All my nails are crooked. That’s what happens when you let your tech work on two peoples nails at once. SMH should have stood up for myself and not paid and I have NEVER said or thought that about any service I’ve been provided. So disappointed and stuck with these nails another two weeks.

The best!!! I showed her what i wanted and she did it perfectly! Going back everytime! This is dip powder on my natural nails fyi, one broke before i got there and she did have to use a tip. Can't even tell which one broke! Going back today for refill! Update! Went back again and got dip as usual, and vinny did a great job! Love this place!
