I LOVE bath n body works. Today I went because of a good sale they have going on and one of the employees, Marina was very helpful. I was trying to purchase a raspberry holiday bar pie lotion and I asked her if she had any to have out since only testers was on table and she went to get them and as she left i forgot to ask her to check for the glitter spray version of it as well so when she came back i apologized and asked if she saw any back there and she happily went to grab more, mind you the raspberry scent is more in the front and she had to walk to the back to find more but what I loved was that she wasn’t annoyed or frustrated, she was genuinely very kind and helpful, the two girls including her in front were very approachable to note. You know when you get the cashier , that doesn't want to be at work , so you get the attitude, all the time with this place. They do have a lot of products and I always enjoy bath and body work but lately shopping here has been kind of awful.The cashier's never nice.They look so miserable like they don't want to be there at all.It's super tight , and it's as loud as a nightclub is. One time I had stood in line and was waiting for the lady black hair chili bowl haircut false lashes falling off, to call me up to the counter. She's just looked at me and looked away , started talking to her coworkers. Maybe they all should get a raise and they might be a little happier and smile instead of wearing long faces. Very busy, kinda loud with close quarters. Move slowly as you stop. Very large store. The staff was helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond for my kiddo to hunt down a mini body spray in the scent that they wanted! The selection was almost overwhelming.. each room was it's own theme it was very organized. With a sink to wash your hands from testing sanitizer fail (aka it was soap not sanitizer!)

The employee names Ashley is amazing ! She was so helpful and Was great to talk to. She made me feel like I was important and like she really cared about helping me. Her customer service doesn't go unnoticed because I seen multiple customers let her know how grateful they were for her help while other employees were talking in a circle. It has been about 6 months since I came back to this location and if Ashley isn't working I walk right back out. There is a manager that has glasses and is short and heavier and is miserable. I don't understand how someone like her is in charge of someone like Ashley. I asked her to come work for my business! Thanks Ash for always helping me find what I need and doing it with a smile on your face. You brought a loyal customer back in !

I used to love going to this Bath & Body location, but that has changed. The manager in particular there is awful!! She was the rudest, most unpleasant and unprofessional I’ve ever come across. She was dressed in regular street clothes, a Rick & Morty shirt to be specific, no blue apron to indicate she was an employee - you wouldn’t know she was the manager until she starts ordering the staff around in the most unprofessional way in front of customers. I’m not sure if this location is doing like a “Pitbull & Parolees” type of rehab employment with some of the staff they hired, but definitely not the type of store for that. I remember the pleasant, smiling employees that used to work there that made you feel welcomed walking in - now I feel like I’m walking into a Hot Topic vibe that sells
