There is such great energy here and hair artistry is always evident. This is a second generation family and now woman owned business. The space is beautiful. When I see Stephanie , the first thing she does is ask how the last haircut worked for me. She is invested in pleasing her clients and those of other stylists. Ariana also cut my hair and she brought the same attitude and talent. Maureen who heads up the front desk is welcoming and upbeat— no pretension here, just a great vibe all around.

I am new to this area and had to find a new hairdresser. I had been going to a high end salon in Boston. After doing some research I ended up giving Stephen and Co a try. I am so glad I did, what a great place, very professional and high end. I love my new stylist - Michelle, she does an amazing job, I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!!!!

Maddie at Stephen & Company did my retouch and gloss and my hair came out AMAZING. The color was on point and my hair looked expensive — shiny, rich, and healthy. When I walked outside I swear the birds had to put sunglasses on so they didn’t get blinded by that SHINE! If you haven’t experienced a gloss….you don’t know what you’re missing! Great conversation, great vibes, and an overall awesome experience.

My hair always comes out nice and soft and beautiful after seeing Sammie. I highly recommend her especially for balayage and color. She also gives a good scalp massage when she washes my hair. I tend to talk a lot but once she starts massaging my scalp it makes me stop talking because it feels so good.
