Hollywood Nails

I've been coming here for years off and on. Sam is the best!!! Unfortunately they changed ownership.About a week ago I walked in and asked for my usual guy, new owner said he was off. So I went ahead and used someone new, she was very nice. She told me the truth, Sam had retired, most of the staff left. Here is today and I needed to get a nail repaired so I did ask for Rosa but they said she was off today. Both times I went there wasn't another customer. The new employees were just eating and talking. It smelled really bad in there like rotten shrimp. I did let one employee paint my child's nails, he was okay but left polish all over fingers and smelled of cigarettes really bad. Hopefully being new ownership they can get the swing of things, but I loved the old employees

They recently change ownership. The new ones sucks. The pedi was decent although they ignore my ingrown they just file it and paint over it but the full set was another thing, I ask for a design (im use to having them painted the design on my nails) to end up getting stickers that look so old put in my nails, they fell off an 1hr after I left, nails were not even in shape, Also place looks more dusty and not taken care off as compared when the Kim owned it. Definitely not going back

Late one night when other salons were closing they took me in. I was amazed by the great job they did I became a repeat customer. As long as I will be in salinas I will come here. I even sent some coworkers here and they liked it as well.

Took my niece to get a full set for her b-lated bday gift I promised her aswell as wanted to get my self a manicure while I waited , oh a few minutes for your manicure ladie took my niece to get her nails started first due to being a full set and time is of the essence Anywhoodle 45 min they still haven’t started my manicure while I’m waiting in waiting area mind your two other persons enter to get a pedicure and get started immediately get seated in. long story short they are very short staffed here I will not be returning … although my niece was happy that’s all that really matters to me lmao customer service sucks nothing Hollywood about this place 👎 first time here and my last time here thank you next !!!!

The staff here is so polite and professional. The salon is always spotless, and the results are beautiful.
