Customer Reviews
I have been going to Kathy for about three years. She is amazing, fast, accommodating and gives me the best hair cut I have ever had. I have a lot of thin blond hairs and it has been very difficult to find someone technically adept and cutting my hair. She is technically adept.
Cathy does good haircuts and creates lovely hairdos.
Got a pedi and full set. As I was getting my pedi I was asked at least 5x what color I wanted for nails. After pedi I sat in pedi chair for almost an hour waiting for nail tech to finish this woman she’s been working on for over an hour. I finally got up and told them I had to go eat. I even said it’s taking too long. I went to pay for my pedi and they asked if I wanted to pay for both now. So I did. Told me to come back in an hour. So I did. She disappeared for 20 min. She comes out of back room with a lady she was waxing. Again she asks me what color I wanted. After the 10th time of trying to waste time asking me what color I wanted I got up and wanted my money back cuz now it’s become a joke. I explained to them I worked in hair salons for 40 years. I’ve owned my own salon. I know how
Where do I start? I walked in for a pedicure and was quickly provided a seat… the attendant said it would be 15 minutes. She ran the water and asked me to soak my feet. She proceeded to start a haircut… red flag number 1. After about 25 to 30 minutes she finished the haircut. She cleaned the station and grabbed a quick biscuit. Mind you, my feet were soaking the entire time. She approached me and asked if the water was okay, I said it’s cold. Second red flag! She finished her biscuit and replenished the water. She asked if I wanted to shorten my nails, and I said just a little. After the first clip I knew I was in for a painful experience. After 30 minutes she completed the butchering of my toes. To add insult to injury, she did not apply the clear coat as requested. I did not reminder h
Nice people but was surprised that the cuticle scissors used for my manicure were from a drawer and simply rinsed at the sink and returned to the drawer after my manicure. I had to wait for a pedicure and witnessed that the tools from the client before me were rinsed at a sink then used for my service. I expect the tools to be hot sterilized or cold sterilized which requires soaking time. The salon looks clean but is quite cluttered. I can't take the risk and prefer a salon that uses an autoclave.
