Excellent massage to address some serious knots in my back and neck! Feel so much better! The therapist was excellent!

I purchased a gift card on the website, but when I got to my appointment, it was not honored or recognized, yet I booked on the same website and got alerts from it. So confused after all the reviews, but really at this point I would just like my money.

I had the pleasure of getting a massage from Emma, and it was absolutely incredible! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Emma’s technique was both skillful and relaxing, making it one of the most soothing massages I’ve ever experienced. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. I highly recommend Emma for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a truly exceptional massage!

My wife and I liked coming to this spa once a month however this week their communication was very disappointing. We called yesterday to see if we could make an appointment for later that day. Understandably they didn't have any availabilities but we came in person to make an appointment for a later date, today @ 5:30 PM. I put down my information and confirmed by appointment details with their booking system. Today we came in around 10 minutes early and check in like normal. Then 5:30 PM comes around and one of the ladies comes out and asks us if we can come back at 6:10 instead because the last person came in late for their appointment and no one is available. I have been to HMB Wellness Spa for a massage over 7 times now! I can't say enough nice things about my experiences. The prices are incredible and I leave feeling so relaxed. I'm specifically loyal to ✨️Jing✨️. She is so talented. I didn't need to tell her that I've been working out my shoulders and upper glutes lately.... she knew instantly after a quick assessment of my muscles.
