I was fortunate enough to get 2 prenatal massages from Lydia-Carlie. Both times, she throughly asked me about my concerned areas and was able to instantly make me feel better by addressing those concerns during the massages. She made the room super comfortable and spent the right amount of time checking in on me throughout my massages. I will definitely be coming back postpartum!

Lydia-Carlie supported us postpartum with our second kid this year and we appreciated her calm and warm demeanor in the midst of sleeplessness and feeding hiccups.
