Hi-Shine Nails

Van consistently delivers fabulous nails that last! Regular gel and gel overlay are my favorite. She helps me pick fun styles! (I usually need help to make a decision!) I’ve never had a bad manicure. Here’s some of the great designs she’s done for me!

Van was wonderful!! She made sure to check in with me several times about the length and shape of my nails and wanted to make sure I was happy with them every step of the way. She explained the process for gel full set nails, including the maintenance. I really appreciated how informative she was and her attention to detail. I’ll be back! Update: Still wonderful. Including additional pictures of future nails.

I have been to a lot of nail salons but Van and her husband are truly among the best. I have used a picture to show two different nails just after leaving the salon and one from three weeks after it was done. After three weeks I had no lifting, no chips and they were still shiny. Van and her husband often tag team the nails and they are both so gentle. They are kind and provide a high quality nail. I definitely recommend using them.

I have been going to Van for years. She and her staff do an exceptional job. I would recommend them to anyone. One of the biggest differences I notice between them and nail salons I’ve gone to in my past is that they care about the health of your nails. They will not do something that will compromise your nails even if it’s what you wish or a current trend. My only suggestion if you are planning to go to hi-shine is to make an appointment. They are a very busy salon.

Please be aware of this nail place. A few days ago i went to get a gel manicure. Two days after i got them done, my nails felt unusual and sore. I went back to the place because i wanted to remove the gel from my nails. When i asked Van to remove the gel she advised that the nails were fine and said it was nothing. I took her advice and left, however a week later my nails got worse and started to cause me a lot of pain. I went back and made her remove the gel and this is what my nails looked liked. I knew something was wrong because i’ve never experienced something like this. I had to call my dr and he put me on antibiotics because the pain and the soar was bad. Now I have to find a dermatologist to get professional help. But I’m taking this serious and am getting advice this is not right.
