Mercedes is a fantastic esthetician! She focuses on big goals (like moisturizing) and doesn’t push products or services you don’t need. The visit is also very relaxing! Highly recommend!

My esthetician Alisha was amazing! I loved working with her and how we connected over our shared love of Boston Terriers! She also made my skin glow and helped it recover from the winter blues.

I wanted to love this place, but unfortunately I was not very happy with my facial. I asked my facialist at the beginning if she could let me know what she was doing and what she was using as she did it. She didn’t listen to me and I had to ask again for her to explain what she was doing at multiple points. She also didn’t fully pull my hair back and got a lot of product in my hair around my face, leaving me needing to wash my hair afterwards (and it wasn’t a wash day — curly girls know the deal). Additionally, my face was extremely goopy and sticky afterwards and I felt the need to blot some of the product off. The massage during the treatment was nice, but I unfortunately felt very physically uncomfortable afterwards due to the product in my hair and the amount of product left on my face

I had my first HeyDay facial here with Mercedes and she was absolutely incredible. She not only made the experience super relaxing and peaceful but she also was very knowledgeable about everything skincare and gave me a brand new routine to use for my skin type (combo dry and oily). She never once was overly sales-y and made such wonderful recommendations that weren’t insanely expensive. Will definitely be coming back. ❤️
