My Valentine’s Day experience at Hetep Retreat Spa in Columbus, Georgia was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. During Black History Month especially, it immediately felt like such a beautiful reflection of Black excellence. The spa itself is stunning, but what really stood out was the intentionality behind everything. The tour was warm and welcoming, and I loved the thoughtful details, including the uniquely named rooms. You can tell this space was created with care and vision. Before my service even began, there was a beautifully arranged charcuterie board and my choice of beverage waiting for me. I chose tea, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. I appreciated having a moment to unwind before the service, and even afterward there was a comfortable space

It was so amazing!! Very relaxing and my massage therapist was such a nice lady and definitely did an amazing job with my massage and facial. Definitely go here for your spa treatments❤️❤️. Oh yea the atmosphere is so freaking awesome I felt like I was a millionaire for a few hours❤️❤️💯. Love love love this place

Every detail felt intentional, from the unique room names to the relaxing touches before the service. I especially appreciated being able to unwind with my beverage and simply enjoy the calm energy of the space. Keshia, the owner and my service provider, was professional, warm, and truly skilled. The entire experience felt elevated, relaxing, and well worth it.

I love the vibe of the environment and energy here! My Brazilian wax experience was fantastic – I felt super comfortable. Naji is amazing; she's quick, makes it painless, and keeps the conversation flowing. Her energy is great! I'd recommend her and Keisha; they're both magnificent. If you want a great experience at a good price, this is the place to go. These girls are amazing at what they do, and I won't go anywhere else!

I can't say enough great things about this spa!! I enjoyed my massage so much it was such a relaxing vibe, my masseuse was fantastic. Highly recommend her. This was my first time going, but I will definitely be return customer. If you're wondering book the appointment, you will not be disappointed!
