Trustworthy company to order products online and a good variety of merchandise. I have ordered many times and have received the products in the mail very quickly. Dennis is an honorable person and ordering online can scary these days with lots of scams and that is why I choose Hermosa Beauty.

The product arrived very quickly, however, the item was marked TESTER, not for sale. Makes me wonder about the authenticity of this site. The item was sealed, but it did seem a little less full from other purchases from other sites.

I bought 2 bottles of Elta MD Restore Sunscreen on December 14, 2024. I gave a bottle to my friend and kept one for myself. My friend opened the bottle in February and the pump did not work. She told me and so I opened my bottle. The pump was also broken. I notified the store that BOTH bottles were broken on February 9, 2025, and the owner said I had passed my 30 day return period. I reiterated that these were DEFECTIVE and therefore should be exchanged regardless of the extra month. The owner was argumentative and unhelpful. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE, THE ITEMS ARE DEFECTIVE.
