I have curly hair which was always handled as regular hair at any other salon I went to, until I found Siddal at Helix Salon. She learns exactly what you need, knows her way around curls and is also very personable. I was a loyal client for 3+ years! Highly recommend.

Initially when I left the salon I was pleased with my hair cut because the back was stacked like I asked, but the next day I noticed some issues. The sides weren't even so I had to trim it myself. There also aren't any side bangs which I forgot about because I was so focused on getting the back of my hair layered. For $115 I expected more attention to detail and accuracy. I'm really disappointed. This is why people are starting to cut their own hair or go to cheap places.

The best haircut I've had in a long time! Im new to Seattle and was worried about finding a stylist up here but Siddal was incredible! Really warm and welcoming, great communication and attentive. Gave me great advice about products I could use and what hair care options might work best for me and my lifestyle. Overall a really great experience! I'm definetly coming back!

Love this place! Siddal is amazing. I've never worn my hair natural before (always straightened it) and she gave me a great cut, shaped my hair for curls, gave me advice for taking care of my hair, and recommended some products to me. I'd highly recommend for anyone with curly hair
