I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rebecca’s work! For the past couple of years I’ve been seeing her for massage and trager. Recently, due to some ongoing health issues, Rebecca suggested I try Reiki. Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect. I may even have been a little skeptical. Let me just say, it’s one of the best things ever!! I’ve never experienced such a safe, relaxing, healing energy. I’m convinced that Rebecca’s hands are magical and have already booked another session!

I had the good fortune of getting the opportunity to experience, twice now, Rebecca's Trager practice as she works toward her certification. I am a massage therapist myself with 24 years of experience. I have experienced a lot of bodywork with many different therapists and many different modalities and approaches. Rebecca brings a presence to her work and quality of touch that is hard to find. I was blown away by the impact of the Trager sessions and couldn't stop talking about it to my fellow bodyworkers both here and back in Colorado! I hope to get back again soon to experience more of Rebecca's work. I can't recommend her enough!

I've been enjoying the many talents of Rebecca through swedish massage and more recently Trager for years now. Rebecca has not only improved my overall physical maintainence(calcific tendonitis in my shoulder, lower back etc) but she has also opened up my vulnerability and mind in the process. Essentially reintroducing me to my body. Incredibly welcomeing and accommodating. Always introducing stretch tecniques related to problem areas for practice at home. She always checks in with you through gentle conversation as well. Highly recommended.

She is exceptional at the Trager method, always learning more and keeping up to date with the best ways to approach giving high quality bodywork. She provides soothing strokes that help calm the nervous system while relieving tension. Absolutely book with her if you have yet to experience her wonderful work!!

I have trusted Rebecca at Heart Medicine to help me take care of my physical being for nearly a decade now. Her kind, knowledgeable, and soulful approach to helping a body stay comfortably in motion is just the best. I have always responded well to Rebecca’s traditional Swedish massage technique and now find that combining that with the truly transcendent experience of Trager Massage is allowing my being to discover new levels of deep relaxation and ease. If you are interested in integrating your energy/mind/body wellness I cannot recommend Trager Massage highly enough - I leave my Trager sessions humming like a tuning fork and feeling so completely connected.
