My husband bought me a hydrafacial as a gift, and it was my first time getting one. I had a great experience with Julia! She was very personable and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She was also very informative and gave helpful skincare recommendations for my skin. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Warning: Read other reviews, too. Injury, scam-like communication. My first impression of Healthy Glo has been really disappointing. I’ve now been rescheduled twice, with conflicting information about provider availability each time. I first attempted to book a hydrofacial with Kyndall on 12/31/25 and was later told that the availability was incorrect. I was told they would let me know when it was updated, which never happened. I then booked a confirmed appointment with Kaitlynn for 1/2/26, only to be told later that the provider had changed to Zoey - and that I’d need to come in the following week, instead. The experience feels unreliable and honestly comes across like a bait-and-switch rather than a professional spa. Healthy Glo could either: 1) Keep the aestheticians’ availability

Zoe is amazing! I had such an awesome experience doing the hydra-facial that I will most definitely be coming back and bringing my friends too! The environment is clean, peaceful and calming. I used the Groupon deal and it’s genuinely so worth it! 10/10

EDIT/UPDATE! Zoe Saddison, the one who performed my facial is working under an expired license at this salon. While the salon itself is nice and the staff is friendly, my experience with the service was unacceptable. I had a HydraFacial on 12/31/25 and clearly informed them prior to the appointment that I have very sensitive skin. My face was extremely red immediately after the treatment, and I was told this was “normal” and would resolve within 24 hours. Instead, I woke up on 01/01/26 with what I was told a mild chemical burn, along with significant puffiness and swelling. My skin has been consistently burning and stinging, and the reaction has only worsened rather than improved. This outcome is painful, concerning, and especially frustrating given that my skin sensitivity was communic

I have been going to Julia for some time now for my hydrafacials, I always receive so many compliments of my overall skin. I leave there with an amazing glow! I don’t have to wear makeup as much, being a nurse always on the “go,” this is a perfect way of maintaining my skin on a monthly basis and it’s affordable compared to most in the metro area.
