I can't say enough great things about Scott. He's incredibly intuitive and talented at what he does. I've dealt with some serious issues since childhood - I accidentally ingested paint thinner as a kid, and it affected my muscles and fascia for most of my life. I'm talking 60+ years of tightness and limited mobility. Scott has genuinely helped me heal in ways I didn't think were possible. He's been able to break down the fascia and help my muscles move again. After all these years, I'm finally feeling like my body is actually healing from that early trauma. This has been life-changing for me, and I give Scott a lot of credit for helping me get moving again.

I do a lot of cycling and kayaking, and sessions with Scott are always exactly what I need, whether it's recovery or supporting my training. The stretches in Thai massage are particularly effective for me in my hips and shoulders. He always checks in about the pressure and focus areas, and is professional, communicative, and responsive to my needs. The packages he offers are great because I know I'm always going to use them.

His techniques provide stretches that I can’t do alone through stretching/yoga and help increase my range of motion and alleviate pain.
