Heads Up Llc ( do not use online book app) call shop number for bookings at bottom

Went in for a shape up that I was told was $20 and then the dude tipped himself and charged me $25 without telling me. lol coupled with the fact that the place looked dirty and the shape up was mediocre at best, I would t recommend this place.

NO SHOW!! Found Ramo Kutz on “The Cut” app and called Ramo Kutz on 7/6/2025 to get my son’s hair cut he said he was gone for that day and he assured me he can cut my son’s hair today Monday 7/7/2025 at 10am he even said the time is not early. We got to 211 New York Ave NW at 10:03am and the shop was closed!!! Smh I called him and kept going to voice mail I texted him and was not delivered. It is now 11:04am and still no response. This was a very unprofessional experience.

I scheduled my first cut with Ben and he fit me in same day. I showed him a picture of how my previous barber cut my hair and Ben did a great job replicating it with a little of his own style. He's friendly and fast, but also super careful about giving me a great symmetrical cut!

I took my 3 year old son Maison in whose autistic the Barber named” B”works well with him and my son for minimal movement now. The only time he may move is when its shape up time other than that he does great. Glad I found a gr8 barber 💈

I paid $60 for a haircut and shave and came out crying. He will cut too much of your hair off and leave you with a bump on the back of your head and act like he has does a good job when there is still excess hair left on the chin.
