I went to headquarters to hope for a professional hair cut what I got was a young lady that’s a. Product of Great Clips. Another words she had no idea how to cut my hair. She spent at least 15 mins on the back of my head and my hair was already short all I needed was a trim the end result for the back of my head was very uneven but she was very proud of herself she though she did a great job. The sides were also cut wrong. The sad part is I was charged $46.00. The new rule at the salon is price is determined by the length of your hair.They don’t even offer a senior discount. If there going to charge people like that they should hire people that know what they are doing. Poor management I will never go back.

My mom got a haircut that turned out just awful! It looks like a bird's nest - uneven and messy! It seems more like the work of a student than a professional stylist. I feel so bad that she even had to pay for something like this. And I feel even worse that she didn't want to go back to have it fixed. She cried the whole evening. The only good thing is that hair does grow back.

This salon is absolutely terrible. Me and my mom went to this salon, and we had a terrible experience. The staff was extremely rude, both in person and over the phone. They chopped up my mom's hair, leaving it uneven and disgustingly styled. Coming into the salon my mom had very long and fulll hair, People always thought she had extensions and she make it very clear she barely wanted a trim and blowout. We were really disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the poor quality of service. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a pleasant and competent hair care experience. really insanely upsetting and terrible experience

I was here over the weekend for a wedding. The girl that did my hair did an amazing job. I was blown away actually, it far exceeded my expectations.
