I am writing to share the details of my recent haircut and shave at Revival Cutz Barbershop. I had a truly excellent experience and wanted to commend my stylist, Marcus. Marcus provided outstanding service, and I was particularly pleased that all of my needs and preferences for the cut were fully accommodated. The result was exactly what I was hoping for. Additionally, I wanted to note that I was able to call and schedule an appointment earlier on a Friday, which was very convenient. I was fortunate that there was an opening, and I only needed to wait approximately 10 minutes to be seen. Thank you for providing such a positive experience. I look forward to my next visit.

What an absolute joke of a Barber shop. Going here is a complete waste of your time, Mostly because they have ZERO respect for it. I booked a 9:45am haircut, walked in at 9:40, and didn’t get into the chair until 10:15. Then I got a horrible 12 minute haircut as they rushed through it. (the original booking was 30 mins, and was confirmed by the barber). Again, ZERO respect for the customers time, and ZERO attempt to make it right. I had to wait 30 minutes to be rushed out in 12 minutes. What is the point of booking appointments if you completely ignore them? 1 star only because I cannot give it zero.

Very strange place... no one spoke a word to anyone. I specifically asked them not to cut my hair a certain way and then they cut it exactly how I asked them not to do it... Just a really weird place. The first time I went there it was great super friendly, idk if they have new help or something but easily the most awkward haircut ever.

Great new barbershop in downtown Ayer. Great building for a barber. Straight edge razor, hot towel, great product. Definitely worth the $40 with tip haircut. Great comfortable waiting area. Marcus is solid! Open everyday but Sunday.
