Owen Jacobs Salon and Day Spa

The staff is very nice, but unfortunately the microblading did not take for me. I followed the aftercare instructions to a tee. I literally feel like I threw $450 away. Heartbreaking. 1/28/20 A year later, it looks like I have two brows on one side. Thank you for responding, and for providing me with an additional session without charge. I apologize I did not call to cancel my touch-up, I was very sick. Unfortunately, the results did not stay after the scabbing fell off so I decided not to continue further. The pictures are the results I achieved and I just wanted to share with people considering the procedure.

Kim gives great haircuts! She listens and implements what you ask for. Very pleased with the salon, Kim's skills and friendliness, and the ease of booking appointments online.

I've been going to Owen Jacobs for a long time and have been more than satisfied with the staff's abilities, professionalism and the overall welcoming/engaging atmosphere of their salon. I've written reviews for Owen Jacobs many times, but I'll say it again: One can't find a better environment. (Kim is terrific!)

Stylists are very nice, and the salon is a good atmosphere. I was a little disappointed because the website says $60 for a women’s hair cut but if you have over 10 inches of hair (which I feel like most people do) it’s $75. I went to get a trim/ my layers done there and it came with a blow out however the bottom layers of my hair were not blown out and my hair looked very poofy after. Now a week later my layers don’t look fresh at all and you can’t even tell I just got them touched up. My hair looks like it’s over grown still. It’s Upsetting that I had to pay an expensive price for a service I did not love.

I have always had absolutely great service from the staff at Owen Jacobs. They are welcoming and friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you have a relaxing and enjoyable experience. My last appointment with Kim was great, she understood exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be happier with the cut!
