Jill is always the absolute best and knows exactly how to interpret what I want for my hair. Her vibes are off the charts and I feel like I can truly relax and leave my vision in her hands every time i’m in her chair. There’s a reason i’ve been coming back for a littler over 5 years now.

I had an amazing experience here. I brought in a reference photo and my stylist truly listened and delivered exactly what I was looking for. The long layers and face-framing are so well blended and flattering, and my hair feels healthy and light with so much movement. The appointment felt relaxed and never rushed, and they made sure everything looked perfect before I left. I’m beyond happy with my hair and will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Visiting Hawthorn is such a delight. The salon is clean, and the staff are welcoming. My stylist always comes to collect me from the reception area and lead me back to her chair. She listens to what I want and tailors her cuts and styles to fit my expectations. I feel valued and respected, and I am always pleased with my cut! From an ADA perspective, the salon is fully accessible with wide aisles and spacious restrooms. My stylist ensures I am fully comfortable navigating the shop and readily offers assistance with all aspects of my visit . As a blind woman, I feel truly accepted coming to this salon; I do not ever need to request additional help because the staff are well trained and able to anticipate what I might need.
