From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a clean, stylish, and welcoming atmosphere that instantly makes you feel relaxed and pampered. The vibe is modern yet cozy, and you can tell they truly care about creating a top-tier experience for their clients. The staff is phenomenal friendly, professional, and incredibly talented. They take the time to listen to exactly what you want and execute it flawlessly. My nails came out perfect: beautifully shaped, smooth, and detailed with precision. I am a returning customer at Hatch and have consistently had great experiences. Because I need full use of my hands for work, I really appreciate that they always ensure my nails are kept short enough to be practical while still looking great. Danny is my absolute favorite for pedicures, and Mindy does the most beautiful nail art, she dazzled me with her creativity and attention to detail. If you plan to walk in, I recommend arriving early in the morning. I’ve never had to wait when I show up early.

So great! first time going, walk-in appointment and my bf and i got a couples set for valentine’s day for a total of $170 which was well worth it! Kay and the rest of the team are extremely talented and nice. 10/10 experience!
