My experience at Hastings Nails Spa was amazing from the moment I walked in the door. My best friend and I made an appointment and they were ready for us as soon as we stepped foot inside. Jim made my feet pampered and the massage was amazing. All the products were great and the tentativeness was exceptional, as Mother’s Day is coming up they even gave us a special gift. 10 out of 10 and will definitely be returning! Thank you for such a lovely service!!!

Poor customer service! This used to be our go-to salon, but when we arrived, we found out it was under new management. They charged us way more than what we’ve always paid in the past. On top of that, there was an elderly woman and her daughter who were also treated poorly. The staff member, Lisa, did not approach the older lady with kindness or patience. It broke my heart to see her speak to them rudely and not even try to help. If this is how the new management operates, they’re going to lose customers. Good service matters, and unfortunately, the rude attitude and disrespectful behavior we experienced today were unacceptable. Definitely not going back.

I was in town and needed a manicure. I called for hours and they never answer the phone. My service was awful and 1 day later my polish is already chipping. Place was dirty. Toe nail all over the floor. Noone was personal and pushed us out in a hurry. I do not recommend.

This place has swapped owners so many times this year it’s a revolving door — and they act like that gives them the right to wipe out your money without a second thought. My husband bought me a $90 anniversary gift card on 10/17. I walked in on 12/2 with the card AND the receipt in hand, and they still told me it was worth nothing because there’s “new ownership.” Their pathetic idea of making things right? $30 off a $60 pedicure. So they kept $60 of my gift. It’s insulting, greedy, and shows they have zero respect for their customers. To make matters worse, my pedicure took an hour and 25 minutes and was completely forgettable. If you’re even thinking about buying a gift card from this place — DON’T. Ownership changes here like the weather, and the second it does, your money vanishes. T

Go stop by, I had an amazing experience. The quality is wonderful and the people are so kind. I loved my time!
