I can't say enough good things about our Great Clips here in Hastings. All of the stylists are great, but I want to specifically shout-out Chelsea. She took great time and care with my 9 year old daughter in a difficult situation. THANK YOU CHELSEA!! 💗
Just left Holly's chair. When I told her that I didn't like the style that she was drying my hair in, she just stopped and I left with a quarter of my hair dried and looking ridiculous. I asked for something to be cut a certain way and was told "it's not typically done"...I know my hair and what I want after 50 years of working with my own hair. Refused to listen...and I now have a second appointment scheduled today at another salon to fix the mess I was left with only 20 minutes ago.
The staff Is amazing I see Chelsea when I walk in. I feel like family and she’s always taking care of me. Thank you to the Hastings, Great CLIPS family
Been coming here for just about 3 years now. Always a great experience. The stylists are great with kids!
