Cost Cutters

Kaylee did an outstanding job on my hair! After going to 3 different high end salons over the last couple years and paying a ton for mediocre highlights (that my mom would end up fixing for me from products at Sallys) I have my dream hair!!

This was my first time at Cost Cutters and I was very impressed with my service. I left with exactly what I asked for and Kaylee did a great job. She was very professional and friendly and listened to what I wanted. She was honest about what was possible for my hair but she offered ways to get what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend!

Lady with the short blond bob is terrible. We were gonna leave because she said she may not have time to take us after we called and she said no worries it’s okay, she said she can fit us in. So how did she do it? She skipped shampooing, and instead of doing a blow out she dried it straight. Complained the entire time our hair was too thick and long. I’m sorry but you asked us to stay??? And then she tacked on an extra 20 dollars lol. Website says 1 Price and she added extra money on. We even heard her telling the front desk to let her charge us because she has a different price. I’m guessing she’s the owner or something to just be able to change prices like that but huge mistake. Our whole family laughed at us. Smh should Have just got to great clips

So we got charged 60 For a blow out… that my sister got charged 42 for …. Not sure why when I have the exact same length hair as her. The lady not only skipped shampooing my hair but dried it straight instead of round brushing it all while she complained that our hair was too long and thick…. My sister laughed at me when I walked into the car saying “ is that your blow out?”. She conditioned my hair in about a minute too and was so aggressive when drying. Kinda funny this place is called “cost cutters” when it’s the highest I’ve ever payed for a terrible blow out. Maybe consider renaming to “ corner cutters”?

Dawn is AMAZING!! I am always satisfied with the results of my appointment. She listens and asks questions. She makes sure that I am happy with my haircut.
