Harbour View Nail Spa

It was my first visit yesterday and the staff was very welcoming from the time I walked up. It's beautiful inside, very calming and relaxing! The energy was positive. Hailey serviced me and she delivered, I love my nail set! She was also kind and friendly. This is definitely a hidden gem. I would love to return! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

So many great things come to mind about this nail spa but I’ll start with I had an amazing experience here. I was seen by Eric and he was amazing 🤩 he took his time with me and made sure I was satisfied with my nails from start to finish! I chose this place because they are open 7 days a week, which is perfect for me and my work schedule. The staff are really friendly, welcoming and helpful. 10/10 definitely recommend them to anyone who wants quality service. I live in NC and this nail spa is an hour and a half from me but I am coming back because it’s worth it! I already booked my next appointment 😁

I loved my experience. I called before going, but they weren’t too busy when I arrived and I was able to be serviced right away. The salon is beautiful and very clean. The entire staff is very friendly and attentive. Hailey did my nails and pedicure, she’s amazing. I wanted a specific design and she executed it flawlessly. I am very pleased with my service and will be returning.

2/12/26 UPDATE: Updating my review to 5 stars because the owner immediately handled this situation. He reached out to me personally, apologized profusely, refunded my money, and offered additional service. He was extremely kind and let me know how he plans to prevent this from happening again. 10/10 service from management. I had an absolutely awful experience here today. I just moved to the area and wanted to try out this salon for a pedicure. 1. First red flag: the woman I had couldn’t get the cuticle softener to come out of the bottle, so she stuck her fingers (that had been touching my feet) directly into the bottle. 2. While trimming my cuticles, she cut me on two separate toes and I started bleeding. She then proceeded to put alcohol onto the cuts and it burned so badly. 3. She pul

I always have a great time at Harbor View Nail Salon! The staff are kind and Dan the owner is also so welcoming. I get the HV Signature mani + pedi package and it’s worth every penny. I get a gel manicure on my natural nails and they are healthy and growing nicely.
