I wasn’t going to write a review, but then I thought about it and I’ve given my money to this business three times now. I need to say this so people are aware, because I will NEVER be going back. I went in with my great aunt As usual, and this is about the third time we’re here. It felt a little weird when we walked in, but I called early to ask about availability and they said it was fine. There was only one other customer there, so it was perfect. This was around 3 pm on Sunday. (I want add my great aunt has walking issues so she walks very slow and uses a walker.) I would not recommend going there if you want your set done properly. And if you are vocal about your set being done properly, I went there three weeks ago The lady that works, there did a set on my nails. They were very lumpy very oddly shaped she broke two of my natural nails, then charged me for a soak off on top of it. I was not satisfied with my nails, so I called after I left and I asked if one of the gentlemen can fix my nails when I came back to get them fixed he placed me with the same lady the nails ended up coming out worse than what it did in the beginning. Ok for years I've been going here Lui and the lady are the best the younger guy is very rude, start showing attitude while painting my nail, was rushing everything pulled my cuticle out it was bleeding. I told him how I wanted it to be done he told me no. It was bad not again with him. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
