Not happy! Was looking for a place with better hours for me. First time I went my nails were gritty. You could see and feel sandy pieces within the nails. It seems they were not dusted off well before the polish. The gel was stuck to the sides of my skin. I decided to give them another try. After this gel manicure, I went out into the light and I could see little holes on the nails where the polish skipped over. I went back inside to have them fixed but they came out lumpy. I don't think she could actually see the issues. It may be a bit too dark in there. Won't be going back.

Kindess goes a long way but it doesn’t go hand and hand with Happy. This was NOT my happy place. I have visited a few times because of the convenient location, clean facility, ambiance and the fact that my first pedicure with Claudia was A1. Admittedly, I have challenging toes and foot issues (dry skin, callouses). However, it has been downhill from there. The next time, I took an elderly guest. Now maybe I am spoiled because many of my mani/pedi techs have been kind and good spirited and usually doting if not on me, but certainly my elderly guest but not Claudia and the tech working with us. It has been good service that has made me a salon/tech loyalist. I was hoping I would have that at Happy with Claudia. Not sure what made me keep trying because I sensed her sour energy during this v

Gina did my gel manicure today and she was AMAZING!!! Very gentle taking off the old polish- other nail salons I’ve been to are in a rush and really hurt me. I showed her a Pinterest pic of the design I wanted and she replicated it perfectly!!! I’m so happy and excited to show off these fun winter nails. I’ve also had pedicures here. They use top shelf products and they are so relaxing. My pedicure has lasted 3 weeks with just regular polish- definitely give Happy Nails a try:)

My experience was PHENOMENAL. My arm is in a sling due to a broken scapula, clavicle and 2 broken ribs. The staff there were so incredibly attentive to me, helping me find ways to keep my arm pain free while still giving me the best cat's eye nails I have ever gotten. The colors and the patterns are so stunning. I live 1.5 hours from this salon and only stopped because I had to fill some time while my friend was in a doctor's appointment, but I'd rather drive back to this salon than get my nails done in NY state.

This was my first time at this nail salon. This was the most painful UV gel set I’ve ever received. I went to the nail salon with my cuticles perfectly fine and without a cut on my fingers or hands and left out of there bleeding. When I tell you she cut me up to the point where I started bleeding. I asked her to be gentle the first time she cut me with the filing tool. Then she did it again and again and again. It got to the point where I started pulling away from her every time she cut the side of my finger. What made it worse was when she grabbed the cuticle cutter to cut. I asked her not to because she filed away all of my cuticles and I am in pain. She told me that I have hangnails, I informed her that you filed all of my cuticles away to the point that I am bleeding, there’s isn’t any
