I didn't want to write this review, but after thinking about it for a whole day, I decided to do so. This salon is close to my house, and I used to be a regular customer, but not anymore. I've attached a photo of my finger right after I got my manicure done. The manicure process was quite unpleasant. My hands weren't soaked in water or treated with cuticle products before being worked on, and it was very painful. Afterward, they briefly put my hands in water and started using tweezers, which was also uncomfortable. Taking back my first review, everyone was nice but I’ve had four nails literally pop off my hand in the past two weeks and I’ve never had that happen before. I’ll definitely go somewhere else next time even though this place is three minutes from my home:/

Ba Le was amazing. In the last 6 months I've been to various nail salons this time. I took the twins nephew and niece and we all had pedicures Ba Le was so meticulous in what she does new acupressure like a pro as well as just knowing how to clean and polish and get all the calluses she did calluses like I never had done before. And my feet were a mess. I have Burns and scars and cuts. All healed but she cared. She asked about each one the story behind it. Although I had to use a translator. For most words, we laughed. She has a good personality as well. The calf massage and shin massage was amazing. Happy nails! Thank you so much. My niece loves her new painted toes. First time pedicure for my nephew and he was like that was pretty good man.

This is long and I hate to this but I have to say it: Let me start by saying that I have been here before and never had this experience. I get pedicures often but I am in shock today. I asked for the second most expensive pedicure option as a birthday treat to myself. I was asked to sit in a bin WITH USED TISSUES inside of it, the employee simply grabbed one of the two tissues and asked me to sit. When I pointed out that there was still trash she asked me to sit on another chair right next to it. The waster was freezing cold and only until the third time that I kept asking for more hot water was the temperature bearable not even hot just not freezing. When the guy started working in my pedicure he attempted to use two different reusable pumice stones until I asked for a disposable one righ
