I had a mani and pedi gel. I called to ask the price and was quoted $40. for each. At checkout, $100.00! The pedi was mediocre due to a ridge of polish on both big toes and took hirs to dry. Obviously not gel that I paid extra for. Mani was also not great because the nails were too thick. I could not go back for any corrections because I was traveling. Too bad.

This was my first time visiting this spa. The atmosphere was so peaceful. The staff were so polite and attentitive. Plus on top of all they did an excellent job on my feet👣 😁🤗💯

Extremely, extremely disappointing service. Went for a basic mani-pedi, and they constantly tried to upsell services even after I refused three times. Following those clear and polite "no"s to being upsold, they "accidentally" started applying gel polish to my hands despite my multiple clear communications that I was there for a basic nail polish mani-pedi. On top of that, the lining for their foot baths was torn, the water started out absolutely freezing and then when I mentioned the water being too cold, they cranked it up to scalding and proceeded to spray the extremely hot water all over my lower legs and feet. In addition, I put down 20% tip for EACH manicurist and one of the workers picked up the cash and said "that's it?" Frankly, given how poor their customer service was, they sho

I've been there twice. Very different experiences each time. (I really think it depends on the operator.) The most recent visit, the manicurist seemed so put out (and did a REALLY lousy job). The woman who did my pedicure was so meticulous. Beautiful! My fingernails began to lift from the bed and seemed paper thin within days of the manicure. They're slowly recovering one month later. I will never go back.
