2 stars instead of 1 only because I went to this place a lot. I don't leave bad reviews-- however after the last 2 visits, I will not be returning. Both times I made and appointment and after driving there they told me they didn't have time and I'd have to come back, even though I had made the appointment and have the receipts to prove it. The first time the owner gaslit me and said he told me a different time. It was a phone call appt so I said, "No you didn't-- play the video back to what you told me." The second time it happened and I had proof via text the owner said "Why does this keep happening to you?" Like it was my fault again. Then he said he'd give me a free massage but had only scheduled me for 60 minutes rather than the 90 I had originally scheduled. So when the massage felt r

The extra star is for the lady in the front. She was so sweet and kind when I asked her about the overcharge and told her about my experience she kept apologizing and wanting to make things right. I had a 90 minute massage. That was below average. The gentleman who did my massage spend about 45 minutes doing my feet. The rest of the time my scalp and the remaining 10-15 minutes on my back. That sums up my whole massage. So disappointed and then I was overcharged for the already bad service. Won’t be coming back. Unfortunate because I really wanted to like this local spot

Awful experience. It was cool outside so I had on a sweater and long pants. Well to my surprise my therapist massaged me with all of my clothes on! They had no A/C on in the place so yes I was sweating for 2 hours! On top of that my therapist covered me in a blanket and massaged me over the blanket and my clothes. They never asked me areas to focus on like if I have pain or anything, they just do whatever they want. I was so uncomfortable, he focused on my buttocks and I have never allowed a therapist to include my bottom, I always circle that area so it will be left out. I booked 60 min foot and 60 min full body. He spent 90 minutes on my feet. I absolutely loved this place. I am visiting LA, from New York and I’ve had a fair amount of massages and facials. This was 10/10! This place was wonderful. I left feeling brand new! Chuck, the owner helped me set up a full spa day at his Korean Spa location and a few doors down at the Massage and Facial location. My facial with Jackie was one of the best facials I’ve ever had. I’m glowing. Thank you so much everyone.

I have gotten many massages at this business and prior to my last visit it was always an excellent service. During my last visit I was touched inappropriately by a male masseuse and I will not be returning ever again. Please be cautious.
