Happy 7 Massage

I’ve been coming to this place for about two years, but I just had my very last visit there. As they have grown, they’ve lost Customer Service and respect. I was literally waiting to be seen for over an hour because they asked me to wait till 11 AM but then once 11 hit they tell me they’re taking someone else and I need to come back at noon. When I explained to her that the other woman told me 11 AM, she got rude and told me she won’t take me at all. I’m not saying that this is a race thing, but it is very confusing to me that they would take other people over me after having me wait for an hour. The woman was super rude and even followed me out the door to continue yelling as if I had no right to be upset. There was never an apology, only yelling at me. I’m not going to say the name of

Amazing service for the price! I never request a specific masseuse but everyone that has helped me has done an amazing job. It’s now my monthly tradition to come here and treat myself :)

Me and my girlfriend have been coming here once a month for a while now and we love this place. All the masseuses always do an amazing job and we leave feeling amazing. We look forward to it every month and we'll keep coming here for as long as we live here.

I called before heading out to this place, I specifically asked if an appointment was needed, and they said no walk in was fine. When I arrived they asked if I had called before to schedule an appointment. I explained to them what I was told. They made it seem like I was lying so I showed them my call log. Then one of the ladies said there was a cancellation and I was told to go into the room. I went in the room and was ready for a massage, when they came in and said the people that had canceled showed up. They said they needed the room back and to get up and I could come back later.. Never . Poor service. I came here because its only a couple of minutes from my home. I'd rather drive further than to ever come here again. Awful and unbelievable service.

I've recently had horrible headaches and knots in my back and shoulders. I've called and they were able to get me in same day. Both massages were AMAZING! Today my knots were out of control and she took her time to work each one. It was a good hurt! But I didn't leave sore and I still had a very relaxing experience. I really like the addition of the hot stones! And I never leave greasey or too oily. I'm so glad I found Happy Massage! I wish there was a monthly subscription for massages :)
