Hands Therapeutic Massage

Michael provided a very relaxing massage from start to finish for someone like me with a whiplash injury. It was gentle enough around the areas, but also therapeutic enough to alleviate my symptoms in the neck and upper back. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would recommend his services to anyone. The spa music that accompanies the session is a nice touch and his professional mannerisms make you feel safe. He asks for feedback during the massage and makes sure you are comfortable during the service.

This is by far the best massage I've ever had, I've been there twice now and plan on returning for my future massage needs. If you are looking for a fancy spa with a receptionist and herbal tea and a bunch of products they're trying to sell you, this is not the place for you. Micheal runs his own business in a space he rents in a spa oriented building with other individuals making a living for themselves. His room is clean and very nice, don't be thrown off by the unconventional building. He is soft spoken but will always address any needs you have and make sure to focus on your problem areas. Great service! I'm a nurse and I'm running around all day on my feet taking care of others, then go home to take care of my family. To be able to relax and pamper myself is always a great treat. Michael has exceptional professionalism and the atmosphere is heavenly. The massage was done with even pressure and he made sure to keep good communication throughout. I will definitely visit Hands Therapeutic Massage again. Definitely recommending him to my friends and family.

This was my first time getting a massage with Michael and I plan to return. I got a 1 hour aromatherapy full body massage. Upon arrival and meeting Michael, he asked questions about what I wanted from my massage (any problem areas to concentrate on, etc.) and had me pick out a scented oil for aromatherapy. I chose peppermint, as it is both relaxing and invigorating to me. Michael left the room and I undressed and then laid face down on the massage table. When Michael came back in the room and started the massage on my upper back and neck I instantly felt the tension leaving my body. I was pleased with Michael's firm strong hands. Could smell Michael's cigarette smoke during my massage even though he took off his hoodie that he must smoke in. His nails dug into my skin during the scapula manipulation. My massage only lasted 75 mins (booked for 90 mins) because he had a client right after me. Other than those 3 issues, he was a good masseuse and the rest of the massage was relaxing.
