I personally enjoy longer sessions to work all of the areas without a rush; McKenzie worked with grace and intention allowing my nervous system and muscles to relax. She checks in to make sure you're comfortable and also intuitively knows how much pressure to put where. Mckenzie clearly has a passion for her work and a natural calming presence. I've seen lots of massage therapists over the years but this was one of the best massages I have had in a while. Everything about the experience was wonderful from the moment I walked in until the moment I left.

Ti’ia is a phenomenal therapist! Her bodywork consists of blended techniques like trigger point therapy, muscle scraping, stretching, energy work and more. She has a unique way of accessing deep muscle that is never painful. I always leave feeling like my problem areas have been clearly addressed and although the session is therapeutic in nature I feel incredibly relaxed. Usually my body can only handle 90 minutes on a table but with Ti’ia, 2 hours feels amazing! I HIGHLY recommend getting consistent sessions with her. Your mind and body will thank you!

This past week I received a 90 minute Manual Lymphatic Drainage session from McKenzie and it was amazing! She took about 10 minutes to thoroughly explain what it was, what she would be doing, the value and benefits, post-session effects, and even taught me at home self-care practices I can utilize on my own. The session itself put me in an extremely relaxed and meditative state. I was easily able to follow up with her the next day about a couple questions I had in regard to how I was feeling and the symptoms I was experiencing. She was very reassuring and helped me understand why things were happening as they were. I’ll definitely be back for continued sessions. 10/10 recommend!
