They started on my 10 year old daughters hair and when an older lady came in that drove a Lexus, stopped doing my daughters hair and with to the older lady hair. I was there 4 hours and would have been there longer if I wouldn’t have gotten out of the car to see what was going on! Put a child aside for a grown up cause she had an appointment they said. After telling them how I felt, she went back to my daughter’s hair. I was sooo ready to go, but don’t want to disappoint my daughter. I had suck up for my baby girl..

Went here to simply put beads in my hair. Beads were falling out instantly and I told her the amount to put in and she had them uneven . Smh and they still charged me and I told them that it was wrong . She wanted me to stay but it already been an hour . I’m super disappointed in them . I feel like they didn’t even try.
