Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

This is a review of Hand and Stone corporate not necessarily services attempted. Previously, I received an adequate facial at this location. Returning to the area, I was looking forward to using gift cards and their promotional addition to pamper myself. Alas, I found the promotional gift cards expired. I dutifully answered the esthetician’s questions about my skin concerns and I noted it’s a bit dry due to winter up north. Additionally, I noted concerns about my skin to come due to a recent cancer diagnosis and chemotherapy regimen. This concern stopped the esthetician’s work and she informed me that it is the corporate policy to not provide services to clients undergoing chemotherapy. I just went into Sarasota location near The Villages to purchase an item that I have bought before. Wasn't there but rep suggested I go to other store on Wedgewood Dr on 466. I asked her if she could call the store to make sure they had it so I wouldn't drive there in vain. She said she couldn't. There were 3 people up front and not doing anything. So, I just ordered it on Amazon. Hand and Stone just lost a customer.

Megan did a fabulous job with my facial. So relaxing and did a wonderful job exfoliating. Will definitely return!
