Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I have been going here for about a year now. Everyone is wonderful to deal with. I see Beth for my massage. I can't even explain how wonderful she is. She really cares and listens to your needs. She is just magical. The best massage I have ever had and everything you want it to be. I feel so grateful to have found her. She is just perfect and I highly recommend.

Highly recommend! Even with the horrible weather yesterday, this spa was open and trying their best to accommodate their clients. The service was great, but the massage itself was exceptional. I had Brielle for an 80 minute massage and I chose to do the lemongrass aromatherapy with it and it was worth every penny! She tailored my session to exactly what my body needed - alot of attention on my back and spent time working on my wrists because I have carpal tunnel. Plus side of the snow - nice quiet spa!

I went into to my appointment with Samuel at Hand and Stone never expecting to find my new massage therapist on the first try. Samuel and I talked about what areas needed attention and he went to work. He used several different techniques that suited my needs exactly. It was one of the best massages I have had in many years of massages. So impressed, I signed up for membership and made an appointment for next Sat. Thanks again for a great experience!!

I had a deep tissue massage with John, and it was absolutely outstanding. He has an incredible ability to find the problem areas and apply just the right amount of pressure to release tension without ever feeling rushed. I left feeling lighter, looser, and genuinely cared for. His professionalism, skill, and attention to detail make him a true asset to this spa. Highly recommend!”

I know this sounds corny. But I wish I could give this place zero stars. I had an OK massage the first time and was convinced to get the membership because it was so close to home and convenient. Since signing up, I had two or three appointments booked after my last massage. Then they stopped booking my massages, and it was impossible to get in contact with anyone over the phone to schedule a massage. So, I was paying the monthly fee for service I wasn’t receiving through no fault of my own. When I finally decided to go in person to cancel my membership, I was hit with a bunch of excuses; that new therapist were hired, and all the old ones were fired and that things are gonna be better.
